About Us

HA Roth Consulting LLC is a brand consultancy specializing in corporate and non-profit branding with particularly deep experience working with professional and financial services, healthcare systems and non-profits/NGO’s. We are a team of highly skilled, independent contractors, most of whom have worked closely together for 20+ years, first at Landor Associates and now with our own, select clients at HARC.

Every HARC client project is therefore staffed with some of the most senior and experienced people in the business, specifically selected for each assignment. It is a virtual model which provides our clients best-of-class expertise and service without the cost of large-agency overhead.

We are hands-on, disciplined and highly responsive. Each of our team leaders has a minimum of 20+ years of experience in their area of specialization and we have access to and work with the best professionals across our industry.

Hayes Roth is founder of HA Roth Consulting LLC, a marketing consulting firm specializing in strategic positioning, brand development and design. Previously, Hayes spent 19 years at Landor, where he was Chief Marketing Officer and led branding programs for Cleveland Clinic, Columbia University Medical Center, Citi, NewYork-Presbyterian, The Paley Center, ITT, United Negro College Fund, The World Trade Center, Royal Caribbean International and The Moody’s Foundation, among others.

Ken brings over thirty years of marketing communication, brand strategy and identity experience to clients, helping them find insightful and actionable solutions to corporate branding problems and brand strengthening opportunities across a wide range of categories.

Robert MatzaCreative Director

Robert Matza is one of the most experienced and respected senior creative directors in the branding field. In his extensive career he has been responsible for overseeing every aspect of corporate identity design development and actualization, from idea conception to full implementation, for a broad range of global clients.

Paul is a seasoned professional with over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of brand development and program management. He has led programs that include brand strategy, name change, brand architecture, visual identity, implementation, governance and culture change. Whether clients are large or small, global or local, the depth of his skills in managing brands is unparalleled.

Joseph OrrDigital Partner

Joseph is a brand consultant, strategist and designer with strong expertise in brand web and software user-interface design, as well as e-commerce. He is also certified in Google Ads, Creative, and Analytics. His experience encompasses branding professional services, software, technology and engineering firms, non-profits and NGO’s.

Kirsten NowakResearch Partner

Kirsten has a rich background in positioning and managing business-to-business and consumer brands, working across advertising and branding disciplines. Kirsten’s previous experience includes work as a senior brand strategy consultant with Landor New York.

Jaime BurnsSr. Designer

Jaime Burns is an experienced creative director and designer specializing in brand identity design and architecture. Her work has served the software, pharma, healthcare, financial services, industrial and consumer goods industries. Most recently Jaime has designed systems for JP Morgan Private Bank, UPS and BayCare Health System and worked in-house to help implement the Hewlett Packard Enterprise brand upon their split from HP.
