Hayes Roth is founder of HA Roth Consulting LLC (HARC), a marketing consulting firm specializing in strategic positioning, brand development and client/agency relationship building. In this latter capacity, he is a partner with Relationship Audits & Management, a global consulting firm, which specializes in evaluating and advising on strategic business relationships.

HARC's current clients include Fluor Corporation, the Consumer Bankers Association (CBA), the Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB), Eton Park Capital, Silverback Strategies and WPP.

Previously, Hayes spent 19 years at Landor, one of the world’s most respected branding and design firms. While there, Hayes created and then led Landor’s global marketing team as Landor’s Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for marketing and business development initiatives across the firm’s 24 offices worldwide. Hayes also led branding programs for Cleveland Clinic, Columbia University, ITT, NYSE, Bristol Myers, Citi, The Council on Foreign Relations, The PGA of America, Hartford HealthCare, the United Negro College Fund, The World Trade Center and The Moody’s Foundation, among many others.

Earlier career experience included eight years running his first marketing services company, Roth Marketing Communications Inc., with clients including The Perrier Group, Price Waterhouse and T. Rowe Price. Previously he spent 15 years in advertising serving clients such as General Mills, General Foods, Merrill Lynch and P&G while at Campbell Mithun, Y&R and Saatchi, respectively.

Hayes is a frequent lecturer at Cornell, Columbia and Wharton, is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at City College of New York, and a frequent spokesperson for the industry. He holds a BA from the University of Miami and is a member of the College of Charleston’s Department of Communications Advisory Council, the Cornell Johnson School Executive Advisory Committee, the Wharton Future of Advertising 2020 Council and is on the Board of Directors of the Advertising Educational Foundation.

Ken Runkel is a highly motivated, innovative and successful marketing communications professional with extensive experience and proven track record in corporate identity development, global brand building, and brand revitalization for both consumer and business-to-business markets.

He brings over thirty years of strategy development, marketing communication, design, and brand identity experience to clients, helping them find insightful and actionable solutions to consumer and corporate branding problems in addition to brand strengthening opportunities across a wide range of categories.

Ken was an Executive Director for 17 years at Landor Associates in New York, where he led major client engagements in Landor’s corporate branding practice for clients including CIGNA, E-Trade, The Cleveland Clinic, TD Ameritrade, General Electric, Eastman Chemical, LG Electronics, Morgan Stanley, the National Football League, the UFC, NBC Universal, U.S. Department of the Treasury, and numerous others.

His background also includes time at Vivaldi Partners, Siegel+Gale, Interbrand, and BBDO International.

Joseph Orr is a New York City-based brand consultant, strategist, and designer, with expertise in brand positioning, visual identity, verbal identity and web and software user-interface design. His experience includes professional services, software, technology, non-profit NGO’s, consumer packaged goods and providing specialized marketing services for high-net-worth individuals. Current clients are the Consumer Bankers Association, Fluor, Civil War Trust, Mestel, and Sona Systems, among others.

Prior to founding Joseph Orr and Associates, LLC in 2011, Joseph was integrated marketing manager for a Washington, DC-based non-profit, responsible for branding and marketing their materials and services nationally. Prior to that, he served as the network operations manager at BMW manufacturing in Greer, South Carolina, while also a freelance designer for more than six years leading up to the founding of his own company, Joseph Orr and Associates LLC.

Joseph holds a bachelors degree from the College of Charleston.

Joan is a Riva trained qualitative research and brand consultant with experience across a broad range of categories and marketing disciplines. Joan started her own consultancy, Unclaimed Space, in 2008. Since that time she has helped a diverse set of clients meet their learning needs and better understand their customers. Some of her clients include: Bayer, Pfizer, AB InBev, PSEG, Ethicon, Veritiv, BluePrint Cleanse, Lowe’s, Alcoa, NYC-DOT, Janssen, 9/11 Memorial Museum and NYU Langone Medical Center.

As Executive Director, Strategic Services for Landor New York, Joan was responsible for directing the strategic development of branding initiatives across a broad spectrum of Landor clients. Joan developed relevant and differentiated brand platforms that reflected target insights and business decision dynamics. Her experience covers brand creation, brand positioning, brand architecture and brand experience alignment. Her responsibilities at Landor included research, naming, innovation and brand engagement. Joan led a variety of corporate (B2B & B2C) and consumer assignments, including: Capital One, Verizon, Novartis, Sephora, Centex Homes, CBRE, L.L. Bean, Panasonic, and Merrill Lynch.

Prior to joining Landor, Joan was SVP Group Planning Director of Lowe Lintas where she managed a variety of assignments across categories including financial services (consumer and B2B), pharmaceutical and packaged goods. At MasterCard International, she led the company’s advertising initiative. She had an opportunity to impact a wide array of company products including new product and service launches, consumer and corporate marketing programs, merchant and member relations, sports marketing and co‐branding ventures.

Trish Wheaton’s depth and range of marketing communications expertise is ideally suited to meet the demands of today’s dynamic marketing landscape. Her background in senior global positions at both Wunderman, one of the world’s leading Digital and Data networks, and Y&R Advertising has provided a holistic perspective of client marketing needs and solutions. She is expert at helping companies translate their brand strategy into meaningful customer experiences and engagement.

Her 30 years of marketing experience includes working across a variety of B2C and B2B brands including Microsoft, Dell, Ford, CITI, AT&T, to name but a few, as they transformed their businesses to be more data driven, more digital, more customer focused. She was one of the core team that launched the Kraft CRM program which has been widely recognized for its pioneering content marketing, digital and custom publishing.

As Founder and past President of INSPIRE, an integrated sustainability practice from Young & Rubicam Group, she is also expert at helping brands unlock the strategic potential in their social impact efforts to attract and retain a growing demographic of socially conscious consumers.

Trish has received several honors and marketing awards including the inaugural induction into the 2013 Marketing Hall of Femme, an elite group of women shaping marketing today. She sits on several boards including Susan G. Komen and Forrester.
